In the event that any scheduled game or practice has to be cancelled at Jim Crosbie Field (Stoney Hill) and/or the Kiwanis Field due to inclement weather, a notice will be posted on the CBS Kiwanis Minor Baseball website (cbsbaseball.ca) 2 hours prior to the start of the game when possible.
If a notice has not been posted two hours before game time, then all scheduled games will proceed and any decision on cancellation in the event of poor weather will be made on the field at game time by the umpire(s). This will also apply during a game being played should the weather turn bad and a game be stopped. All decisions in this regard are made for the safety of players, coaches and staff on the field.
Please note that cancellations posted to the website apply only to games being played at fields in Conception Bay South. Games being played at other fields will be decided by the host field association
